The working principle of the automatic cooling water treatment chemical dosing package unit is as follows:
The whole unit is configured with three parts: chemical dosing part, data detection part, and control part;
Chemical dosing part: It includes the scale and corrosion inhibitor/bactericide dosing unit and the acid-base dosing unit;
Data detection part: It includes the detection of chemical content, pH/conductivity/ORP data, and make-up water flow detection;
Control part: It includes drainage control, flow switch control, and system host control;
Scale and corrosion inhibitor dosing unit: Automatically controls the chemical dosing amount according to the online chemical detection data or make-up water flow. On the premise of ensuring the effect, it minimizes the chemical dosing amount.
Bactericide dosing unit: Controls the dosing cycle through ORP or time, adding continuously or intermittently to continuously inhibit the growth of bacteria and algae.
Acid-base control agent dosing unit: Generally selected for systems with high alkalinity and high hardness make-up water. It precisely controls the dosing amount of acid or alkali through the pH sensor to control the pH within the set range.
Blowdown control unit: Monitors the water conductivity in real-time. According to the set concentration ratio, it controls the opening and closing of the electric valve to avoid blind drainage and water resource waste.
Flow switch control unit: Monitors the circulating water system in real-time. Through the flow switch sensor, it controls the operation and stop of the chemical dosing device to avoid chemical waste.
