ChockMaster Epoxy Grouting Material (KK-100) is composed of three materials: (A) a high-performance epoxy resin, non-toxic and with high strength; (B) a hardener with low heat reaction; and (C) a filler with low ash content and high strength.
After being mixed through the normal process, it can effectively combine the mechanical body, cement foundation, and its own structure into one in a short time. It is a grouting material with high strength, no shrinkage, and good fluidity. It can be applied to any area that requires reducing vibration and impact, such as mechanical bases and acid-base areas.

ChockMaster Epoxy Grouting Material (KK-100) is a low heat reaction product. Its reaction rate is low in the early stage of construction, which can effectively extend the working time when used for grouting large equipment. However, its final reaction rate is fast, which can effectively shorten the curing period to meet customer satisfaction. The required grouting thickness each time is 50 mm. When the grouting thickness is lower than this depth, it is recommended to reduce the filler (C) (1/2 - 1 bag) considering its fluidity. However, the low heat reaction property of the product allows the single grouting thickness to reach 6 inches (150 mm) when used for large equipment.

Storage: It can be stored for 24 months in a dry indoor environment at room temperature.
Preparation before construction:
Temperature: The suitable construction temperature is 18 - 35 °C. When the ambient temperature during construction is too high, a ventilation system can be used, and avoid constructing in direct sunlight areas (use sunshading tools). If the construction temperature is too low, cold prevention measures are required. Before construction, please confirm that the material temperature, ambient temperature, and construction surface, etc. reach this minimum temperature.
Construction tools:
1. A stirrer with a speed of 200 RPM (for mixing liquids A and B), and a stirring rod is required
2. A mixer with a speed of 20 - 40 RPM (for mixing the liquid and the filler), the motor power needs to reach 1 HP and the capacity needs to be more than 100 liters
3. Cloth, a bucket, water (for cleaning)
4. A release agent, wax is the best choice, or PVC tape can be prepared. Do not use liquid oils
5. A smooth and flat wooden board, used for making wooden molds
6. Silcon or quick-drying cement, used to prevent the leakage and loss of the grouting material in combination with the wooden mold
Cement foundation: The newly built cement foundation needs to be fully cured before construction. The old foundation needs to be intact without broken pieces. The surface of the cement foundation needs to be roughened. The roughening depth needs to remove the surface ash and reach approximately 50% of the gravel. After roughening, the grouting surface needs to be clean, free of water, oil, and ash.
Mechanical preparation: The bottom of the grouting area needs to be clean, free of water, oil, and ash, and rust should be removed as much as possible. If there are sharp areas or areas that do not need to be in contact with Fillerflow, please wrap them with PVC tape.
Construction procedure:
1. Put the hardener (B) into the resin (A), mix for 3 minutes at a speed of 200 rpm
2. Mix the mixed liquid with the filler (C), mix for 2 - 4 minutes or until the filler is completely wetted, at a speed of 20 rpm
3. Pour the completed mixture into the area to be grouted. The natural flow and gravity method will be adopted, and grouting should be done from one side.
(Depending on the mechanical structure), if necessary, a funnel or relevant high-level gravity difference can be used to assist the construction.
After construction:
1. Inspection: You can use a hammer to tap the base plate.
2. Cleaning: Clean the machine with a wet cloth within one hour
3. Finishing: You can use a trowel to pick up a small amount of solvent to smooth the surface two hours after grouting
4. Demolding: After the construction is completed, demolding can be carried out when the initial setting is reached depending on the ambient temperature
Expansion joint: A 20-mm-wide expansion joint needs to be left every 2M × 2M × 150mm
Curing time (final setting): 72 hrs @ 15 °C 48 hrs @ 20 °C
36 hrs @ 27 °C 24 hrs @ 35 °C
